科研情况

主要从事介电材料、二维层状薄膜、纳米材料的生长与性能、电子输运器件和光电探测器件等交叉领域科学研究,积累了丰富的实验技术、实验室搭建和管理经验。主持和参与国自然重点项目、国自然面上项目、国自然青年基金、深圳市基础研究学科布局等项目。迄今获得授权专利10项,包含1项美国专利,Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Optical Materials, Physical Review B, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等期刊发表学术论文40余篇,总引用1600余次,h因子20

1. 深圳市战略新兴产业发展专项资金-基础研究(学科布局)JCYJ20170817110751776表面等离子体增强石墨烯基垂直异质结及光电探测器研究,2018.01-2020.12200万元,主研。
